Acid Blend 10# LDC

This is a Blend of the three primary Acids found in Fruit. Contains: % citric Acid 2 5% Malic Acid and 2 5% Tartaric. all in Granulated form. Experiments have shown that Acid deficient musts in most Cases do better when a Blend of these Acids are added.
