LIQUOR QUIK ESSENCES - Winemakeri, Inc. has the best essences that Northern Europe has to offer, where the "old world" style of extraction is still used. Carefully selected seeds, herbs, fruits and essential oils are macerated or distilled and then fortified with alcohol and sweetener. These all natural ingredients are bottled in an old-fashioned glass collector's bottle. Packaged in 0.65 fl. oz. bottles, the liqueurs yield between 21 fl. oz. and 31 fl. oz., depending on variety. Due to the absence of artificial preservatives some ingredient separation or settling may occur. Refrigerate unused essence. For best results use within six months of opening. Amaretto is the most popular Italian almond Liqueur.

Concentrated Anisette Liqueur Flavoring Instructions: Pour contents of Liqueur Essence 20ml (.67 fl oz.) bottle and 260g (9.2 oz) granulated sugar into a 750 ml(US 25 fl oz) bottle. Fill 3/4 full with vodka and shake well to blend. Top off with vodka and shake till fully blended.Anisette (Pastis) is a Sweet anise seed flavored Liqueur which emulsifies (becomes milky) when mixed with water. 20 mL (0.65 fl. oz.)

Concentrated Apricot Brandy Flavoring Instructions: Dissolve 200g (7 oz) granulated sugar in 50cl vodka. Add contents of bottle 20ml (.67 fl oz.) to a 75cl (25 fl oz) bottle, fill full with vodka. Shake well to blend. Apricot Brandy is a delicious blend of apricot and brandy. 20 mL (0.65 fl. oz.)

Coconut Rum is a blend of coconut and Caribbean white rum. 20 mL (0.65 fl. oz.)

Concentrated Irish Cream Flavoring Instructions: Dissolve 210g (7.4 oz) granulated sugar in 50cl vodka. Add contents of Liqueur Essence 20ml (.67 fl oz.) then fill to 750ml (25 fl oz). Shake well to blend. Use a 750 ml glass bottle. Liqueur Irish Crème 750 Prestige of Sweden
