D.P. Wigley, located in downtown Racine, has been around for over a hundred years. We've learned how to do things right. We've learned what Racine birds like. All of our mixes are specially made in our 1849 mill, still milling after a century and a half!

Our regular Wild Bird Mix: A Nutritionally Balanced Mix ... formulated to attract a wide variety of birds to your feeder! Contains two types of sunflower (stripe and black, totaling over 7%), as well as white millet, red millet, cracked corn (especially good for providing high energy in the winter), red and white milo, and thistle. PREMIUM A Premium Blend packed with 30% sunflower! Provides nutritious grains to attract your feathered friends in every season. In addition to oil, stripe, and chips of sunflower, this mix contains red and white millet, cracked corn, red & white milo, flax, thistle, rape, safflower and oat groats. (Protein 10.5% Fat 5% Fiber 7.5%) Conveniently packed in 10 & 25# bags (smaller or larger, on request)

WIGLEY GOURMET

A Premium Recipe designed to attract your favorite backyard birds! Wigley Gourmet is the prefered choice with over 44% sunflower (oil, stripe,and chips), as well as red and white millet, cracked corn and niger seed. (Protein 14% Fat 16% Fiber 12%)

No mess to clean up... specially formulated to be so delicious the birds eat every morsel! DOUBLE DELIGHT SUNFLOWER SEED Black Oil and Striped Sunflower.. seeds are combined for the best all‑around food and will satisfy any bird's preference! Small black oil sunflower, a favorite with most birds, has a high fat content, and is highly nutritious, Striped sunflower is loved by birds with larger beaks to crack open the shell, such as cardinals, blue jays and grosbeaks. (Protein 16%, Fat 20%, Fiber 30%)

WILD FINCH MIX

For Finch Lovers ... Finches, chickadees and nuthatches will all love this mix! A nutritious selection of 25% niger, blended with fine sunflower heart pieces, red and white millet, fine cracked com and canary seed. (Protein 15%, Fat 16% Fiber 9%) Packages from 1# on up.

Sterilized NIGER (THISTLE) SEED A Favorite Choice... for all finches, plus many other small colorful songbirds! Richness in protein and fat makes it especially good in cold weather. Available in any size bag up to 100#, or in a special nylon sock. (Protein 23% Fat 39% Fiber 13.5%)

SUNFLOWER HEARTS, Chips and Pieces: A Special Treat... Birds love this easily eaten seed which leaves no hulls under your feeder. Available in three sizes ‑ Whole bakery quality, MEDIUM, or FINE pieces for smaller birds such as finches, chickadees and nuthatches. If you don't mind seed hulls, our #2 Sunflower is a cheaper substitute of the above. (Protein 22%, Fat 44%, Fiber 5%.)

SAFFLOWER SEED Cardinals Love This Food... high energy, fat and protein rich food! Safflower has a tight hull and the entire seed is eaten. P.S. Squirrels don't like it! (Protein 17%, Fat 25%, Fiber 28%)

CRACKED CORN For Birds & Small Animals To Enjoy ... a golden yellow grain with high energy for cold weather! Thoroughly cleaned, dust‑free and small‑sized for all birds to enjoy. If fed separately, cracked corn is an inexpensive ration for feeding squirrels, rabbits, pheasants, ducks and geese, as well as keeping unwanted visitors away from main feeders. (Protein 9.5%, Fat 3.7% Fiber 2%)

CORN MEAL: A treat for the little nippers, it is also useful in the yard as a natural herbicide. Available in any quantity.

Additional quality seeds are available straight or in custom mixes: Austrian, Maple and Trapper Peas, Golden German Millet, red or white millet, peanut meats, spanish peanuts, in‑shell peanuts, oats & groats, oil, striped, and shelled sunflower, canary seed, thistle, red & white milo, rape, flax, safflower, wheat and more.
